Tyler Goralski

Dr. Tyler Goralski is a research biologist at the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (CCDC CBC) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, where he works to develop in vitro predictive toxicological systems, such as organs-on-chips technology. He earned his PhD in Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Molecular Biology from The Pennsylvania State University, where his research focused on the use of antimicrobial molecules to inhibit Tier 1 biothreat agent Francisella tularensis. Prior to working for the CCDC CBC, he held the position of Scientist II at Excet, Inc., where he developed a new form of biological surrogates using Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki spores. Currently, he teaches Molecular Biology and Advanced Cell Biology I at AAP.
