Fall Term 2024 Application Now Open
Financial Aid
Learn how you can afford your advanced education at Hopkins.
There are no hard deadlines for graduate financial aid, but we encourage you to allow a minimum of two months from the time you submit your aid application until your loan is disbursed to your account.
Financial Aid Options for AAP Students
Federal Loans
Degree candidates and some provisional students may receive up to $20,500 in Unsubsidized Direct Student Loans or Grad PLUS Loans. Any enrolled or accepted student who is a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible non-citizen enrolled for at least six credits per semester may apply for federal loans.
Outside Scholarships
Scholarships from private sources—state or federal government, private donors, and corporations—are an additional method of financing your graduate education. You must report all awards received to the Office of Student Financial Services. If you receive private scholarships, you may have your loan and/or work-study reduced accordingly.
Veteran Benefits
We accept Yellow Ribbon and veteran's education benefits.
