Pamela M. Prah has spent nearly 30 years as a Washington, D.C. reporter covering government policy for several news organizations, including Kiplinger, Pew’s Stateline, CQ Researcher and BNA (now part of Bloomberg). As a reporter, she appeared on NPR, CNN and C-SPAN to discuss her coverage of state elections, state politics and statehouse trends. Her articles also have appeared in USA Today, The Washington Post, The Fiscal Times and The Denver Post.

She also worked at the U.S. State Department where she led a team that created daily online content for embassies and other outlets explaining U.S. foreign policy and culture, and at the U.S., Agency for Global Media, the umbrella organization that includes Voice of America and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. She earned a Master’s in Government from Johns Hopkins University and holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism from Ohio University.
