Loretta Chi

Loretta E. Chi, JD, PMP has been with FDA since November 2012. She is currently Senior Regulatory Counsel in the Center for Tobacco Products where she provides legal and regulatory counsel to the Office of Compliance and Enforcement. Ms. Chi was a life sciences entrepreneur for more than 15 years, and has over a decade’s experience as a corporate, FDA and government relations attorney. Since 2010, Ms. Chi has been Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University where she teaches Food and Drug Law. Ms. Chi received her J.D from George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., and is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bars. She also is a certified Project Management Professional.
