At Johns Hopkins, Kamna Mantode is a lecturer in the MA in Non-Profit Management program. She specializes in international development, feedback and accountability systems, and the use of mixed methods research to drive data-informed community decisions.

Currently a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Compassion International, Mantode leads and supports global research initiatives focused on youth development and stakeholder feedback. Her work is driven by a passion for translating research into actionable insights, bridging the gap between the theoretical foundations of development studies and their practical implementation in real-world settings.

Mantode holds a PhD in Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
