Gregory Kelly

Dr. Kelly has over 30 years’ experience conducting scientific research and directing large, complex research support programs. He has conducted and managed research in the fields of molecular biology and toxicology at government-sponsored laboratories and universities, and in private industry. Dr. Kelly currently serves as the Principal at the Kelly Group LLC, a consulting firm specializing in biomedical research compliance and data analytics.
In addition to his professional activities until recently Greg served as Chairman of the Board for Building STEPS, a Baltimore based non-profit supplementing students’ classroom learning, exposes bright, under served high school students to science and technology-based careers, and helps them excel in these fields where minorities are overwhelmingly under represented. Greg currently serves as a Vice President of the Great Southwest Council, Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors. He received a bachelor’s degree from University of Pittsburgh, cum laud, and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Purdue University.
