David Locke

Dr. Locke has over twenty-five years of combined experience in healthcare, the medical device industry and supporting drug discovery and development. Along with serving in the United States Air Force, Dr. Locke has also held positions with Dayton Children’s Hospital, Charles River Lab and Johnson & Johnson. His professional and research interests include medical device regulations, reprocessing of single-use devices, medical device intellectual property, antisense technology and teaching regulatory science at the graduate level. Dr. Locke received his BS degree in Biology from Wright State University, his MS degree in Bioscience Regulatory Affairs from Johns Hopkins University and his Doctorate degree in Regulatory Science from the University of Southern California.
