At Johns Hopkins, Lalitha Kotrike is a lecturer in the MS in Biotechnology program and brings experience spanning business development, clinical research partnerships, and scientific commercialization. With a strong focus on translating complex life-science concepts into clear, practical applications for diverse audiences, she also draws on her experience in building scalable operational frameworks, applying data-driven insights, and communicating technical material in ways that support learning and collaboration.

In addition to industry work, Kotrike is passionate about education, mentorship, and developing engaging learning environments that connect scientific theory with biotechnology business, clinical research, and innovation pathways. In her current role at Milestone One, she supports the development of U.S. clinical research site relationships and contributes to initiatives that expand access to clinical studies.

Kotrike earned a BS in molecular biology from the University of Texas at Dallas and completed her Master’s of Biotechnology, Enterprise and Entrepreneurship at Johns Hopkins University.
