He has served as: Assistant Director of Fundraising at Riverside House in Miami, FL, for three years, Program Manager at the Archdiocese of Miami for two years, Training Manager for SourceAmerica in Vienna, VA, for two years, and Development Associate for the Board of Directors of EduFuturo in Arlington, VA.

Throughout his 11-year teaching career at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, he has established a reputation as a transformational leader who is driven by a passion for seeing professional development as the key to change. He has been teaching for the past 20 years using a variety of formats.
