They discuss the development of intelligence over time, from the analog revolution of the early 20th century to the digital revolution of the late 20th century, to the fall in the 21st century of the intelligence monopoly that states have enjoyed for so many years.
About Dr. Michael Warner
Dr. Michael Warner serves as the Historian for the United States Cyber Command. He was formerly a historian for the Central Intelligence Agency and the Historian for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. He has written and lectured widely on intelligence history, theory, and reform and has published articles in Intelligence and National Security, Studies in Intelligence, and the SAIS Review of International Affairs. He has taught at American University, Columbia University, and Johns Hopkins University.
