Tammy Ader-Green

Tammy Ader-Green is the writer-creator-showrunner (with executive producing partner Whoopi Goldberg) of the Sony/Lifetime TV critically acclaimed hit medical drama “Strong Medicine” the first cable drama ever to be sold into syndication, starring Rick Schroder, Patricia Richardson, Janine Turner, Rosa Blasi, Tamera Mowry, and Jenifer Lewis. Tammy has written and produced hundreds of hours of television, including episodes of the Emmy award-winning series “The Wonder Years,” the Golden Globe-winning “Party of Five,” “Dawson’s Creek,” “thirtysomething,” ”Quantum Leap” and many others. Tammy has been honored with the Gracie Allen Award from the Foundation of American Women in Radio and Television for Outstanding Producing, Writing and Best Dramatic Series, as well as receiving awards from the USC Annenberg Norman Lear Center, the White House Project, and others. Tammy has also written pilots for networks including ABC, FOX, Viacom, and Nickelodeon. In addition to Johns Hopkins University, Tammy has taught television writing in the Masters Program at Columbia University in New York and to seventh graders at the SEED School in Baltimore.
