Suzanne McCoskey

Dr. Suzanne K. McCoskey received her PhD in economics and MS in Applied Statistics from Syracuse University. She also has an MSLaw from the University of Baltimore, specializing in Emergency Management and Homeland Security Law. Dr. McCoskey has been teachings statistics and economics for more than twenty years including at the State Department’s Foreign Service Institute, U.S. Naval Academy, George Washington University and the University of Pretoria (South Africa). She is currently an Associate Professor of Economics at Frostburg State University.
