Rosi Crosby

Rosi Crosby is a senior development professional with over 30 years of experience in non-profit and corporate settings. She currently services as the Chief Strategy Officer for JFS Delaware. Her team is responsible for all fundraising, business development, marketing, communications, advocacy, public relations, and volunteer engagement. Formerly the Director of Individual Giving at Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Ms. Crosby was responsible for annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and the capital campaign efforts of the organization. Ms. Crosby spent fifteen years in corporate sales and management prior to starting her career in the non-profit sector.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Jester Artspace and has served on the Board of Congregation Beth Shalom, Rotary Club of Wilmington, Latin American Community Center, and the Brandywine Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).

She received a BS in Business Administration from Boston University, is a Leadership Philadelphia Fellow, and is a former Dale Carnegie training instructor. Ms. Crosby lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband Rich and their dog Zoe.
