Robert Garber

Robert Garber received his Ph.D. in plant pathology from Cornell University, and also received a master’s degree in research administration from Johns Hopkins University. He served on the faculty at Ohio State University before spending 25 years as an executive in the publishing industry. He has taught at New York University as well as Johns Hopkins, and has published on the relationship between industry and academic institutions.
