Kevin E. Cross, EdD, is the Director of the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program at the Johns Hopkins University Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, Advanced Academic Programs. Kevin has taught both undergraduate and graduate-level business and leadership courses at Johns Hopkins University, including the Art and Science of Decision-Making, Managerial Economics, Economics of Social Issues, Special Topics in Leadership (Innovation and Adaptive Leadership), Information Resources in the Social Sciences, Strategic Planning, Research Seminar, and Capstone.

Kevin has spent the past 30 years working in leadership positions in the Federal, private, non-profit, and academic sectors, including work as a Research Manager with the Business Leadership Forum at the Corporate Executive Board; Development and Strategic Initiatives Manager at the International Rescue Committee; Product Development and Marketing Coordinator at the Bureau of Transportation Statistics; and Communications Director at the Hopkins-Nanjing Center for Chinese and American Studies.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts in Writing and History from Loyola University Maryland, his Master of Arts in Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University, and his Master of International Public Policy in Southeast Asia Studies/Strategic Studies from The Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC. He received his Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California.
