Kamta Omer

Kamta Tchoffo Roméo Omer is the manager of the Congo Basin Institute’s Somalomo and Boumir Research Stations in the Dja Faunal Reserve, located in Cameroon, Central Africa. Roméo has a Master of Science in applied ecology and wildlife management and a second Master of Science in genetic improvement and production systems, both from the University of Dschang. His research interests include conservation of biodiversity, management of protected areas, population dynamics, and wildlife management.
