Ilya Rahkovsky

Ilya Rahkovsky is a data scientist at the Center for Security and Emerging Technology at Georgetown University. His research interests include investment in AI technology, scientific communities of practice, the evolution of research clusters, and replicability of scientific research. Previously Ilya worked as a Research Economist at the Economics Research Service, USDA.
