Diana Watts teaches in the Environmental Sciences and Policy program, holds a Research Associate appointment at ESPOL, Catholic University of Lille and is Chair of the Business Department at Trinity Washington University. Dr. Watts brings a political economy perspective to her research on sustainable futures. A specific interest is on social innovation models that engage business (social entrepreneurs), nonprofits and local governments in developing hybrid solutions.

With a passion for teaching, Dr. Watts’ courses include Sustainable Business, Is Globalization Good? and Managing Responsible Organizations for the Ecosystem. She received her Master’s from Johns Hopkins (SAIS) and PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.
