David Brant
Executive Director of Enrollment Services and Lecturer, Advanced Academic Programs
Dr. David Brant, currently serves as the Executive Director of Enrollment Services and an instructor in the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program, for Johns Hopkins University Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, Advanced Academic Programs. As a higher education professional, he has held leadership and teaching positions at several institutions including: Johns Hopkins University, Bay Path University, Saint Francis University, Seton Hill University, and Pennsylvania Highlands Community College. Dr. Brant has nearly a decade of experience teaching both graduate and undergraduate-level business, leadership, and education courses.
As a member of the Association of Leadership Educators, Dr. Brant continues to analyze best practices in leadership, team dynamics, and organizational change. Some of his previous areas of research include, understanding the motivation and learning styles of non-traditional students. As a member of a research team, funded by the Lumina Foundation, he assisted in examining the increased marketability of degree completion on non-traditional learners, which led to state and federal funding through the Workforce Investment Act.
Dr. Brant holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration, both from Seton Hill University and a Doctor of Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and a minor in Human Resource Development from Nova Southern University.
