Andrew Gillen

Andrew Gillen is a Senior Policy Analyst in the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Center for Innovation in Education. Andrew spent more than ten years at non-profit and philanthropic organizations researching and trying to improve higher education.

Andrew earned a B.B.A. (Business) degree from Ohio University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Florida State University.
