Online Services

Hopkins KnowledgeNET is an online library that gives you access to thousands of academic journals, articles and reference materials via licensed databases, as well as links to additional collections of online resources, digital libraries, and other Johns Hopkins publications. Hopkins KnowledgeNET is exclusively available to all graduates of The Johns Hopkins University.

Please note: Hopkins KnowledgeNET is only accessible through the alumni.jhu.edu account system. You will be required to log in as a first-time user on alumni.jhu.edu to access Hopkins KnowledgeNET.

It is important to note that your student email account continues to operate for several months post-graduation. However, the IT office at JHU periodically deactivates JHED accounts at which time you must transition your student email account to a lifetime alumni account. The alumni website is here.

To guarantee a smooth transition, we highly recommend that you proactively set up your alumni account prior to receiving the deactivation notification from JHU IT. To complete the process, please go to this link and follow the instructions. If you have questions or problems, please contact the JHU Alumni Office at [email protected].

Now there’s an even smarter way to network. There are 178,000 alumni out there and OneHop is bringing everyone together. With OneHop, it’s easier to advance your career, set up social events, and help Johns Hopkins students and fellow alumni.

Published four times a year, Johns Hopkins Magazine was conceived in 1950 to give readers intellectual nourishment, and over the years has featured thought-provoking and sometimes controversial articles on topics ranging from particle physics to student unrest. To subscribe, send an email to [email protected].

Published weekly during the academic school year, the News-Letter is one of the nation’s oldest continuously published, student-run college newspapers. Now the News-Letter can do the same for you with 26 issues shipped to your address for only $100. To subscribe, send an email to [email protected].
