Andrew Gillen

Andrew Gillen is a Senior Policy Analyst in the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Center for Innovation in Education. Andrew spent more than ten years at nonprofit and philanthropic organizations researching and trying to improve higher education.

Andrew earned a B.B.A. (Business) degree from Ohio University and a PhD in Economics from Florida State University.
