Simon Cleveland

Dr. Simon Cleveland has over 20 years of experience in the field project management, having worked as project manager, program manager and executive director for organizations such as MD Anderson Cancer Center, Department of Homeland Security, NASA, Accenture, Georgetown University, City University of Seattle, and AOL. Dr. Cleveland certified as a project management professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) expert, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified ScrumProduct Owner (CSPO) and is an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundations expert. He is the author of over 40 peer-reviewed publications in journals and conferences, and is a three-time recipient of the prestigious Kerzner Scholarship awarded by the Project Management Institute Educational Foundation. Dr. Cleveland is the Associate Editor for the International Journal of Smart Education and Urban Society (IJSEUS) and is also a member of the editorial review boards for the International Journal of Information Technology Project Management (IJITPM), the International Journal of Information Systems in the Service Sector (IJISSS), the International Journal of Information and Communication Technology Education (IJICTE), and the International Journal of Knowledge Management (IJKM).
Dr. Cleveland is a graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing, the George Washington University with a Master of Science degree in Project Management, from the City University of Seattle with a Master of Arts degree in Leadership, and the Nova Southeastern University with a PhD in Information Systems.
