Rashid Robinson

Rashid V. Robinson recently received his Ph.D. in Educational Policy, Organization, and Leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research interests center around the policies, practices, and ideologies currently impacting higher education in the U.S. During his career, he has held teaching and administrative positions in community colleges, statewide educational governing agencies, and public research institutions. His current research explores the intersection of MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) with public universities; specifically, it examines the ways in which evolutions in MOOC technology can inadvertently shape the practices of teaching and learning in higher ed.
