Join host Patricia Hernandez for a discussion with Dana Gulick McGreevy on "The Human Side of Healthcare: Telling stories that resonate and activate in a complex environment."

Dana has nearly 20 years of communications experience, with a strong track record in developing and implementing integrated programs for her clients in the US and around the world. As a communications portfolio leader at the health innovation company Real Chemistry, Dana spends her days partnering with some of the world’s most influential life sciences companies to help make the world a healthier place.

Dana started her career in tech before making the decision to focus on healthcare communications in 2011 – and she hasn’t looked back. Today, Dana has amassed experience in developing educational, awareness-building and branded programs that shift mindsets and drive behavior change across a range of cancers, rare diseases, autoimmune and neurological conditions, and infectious diseases. She loves telling stories, and the opportunity to positively impact patients through storytelling is what drives her.

Dana learned to shape stories while pursuing a degree in journalism and media studies from Rutgers University (an art further refined by dual minors in political science and psychology). She has celebrated the success stories of peers across the industry as an officer with the Publicity Club of New England and member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. And she has some unforgettable stories from her time as president and starting second row for the Charles River Women’s Rugby Club in Boston.
