Recently, I was awarded a Bronze Medal from the US Department of Commerce for my work in creating online classes for the US Census Bureau.
I’ve worked in the GIS field for over 20 years in state and federal government as well as the logistics and utilities industries. Currently, I work for the US Census Bureau as a Data Dissemination Specialist. I am also an Adjunct Lecturer at Johns Hopkins University and Temple University, where I developed and taught classes in census data and fundamentals in GIS. Finally, I am an advisor for Temple University’s Professional Master’s in GIS program.
