Glen Mazur is an adjunct instructor at the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies where he teaches courses in Organization Development, Learning & Development, and Strategic Human Capital Development. Prior to teaching at Georgetown University, Glen held teaching positions at The George Washington University and Johns Hopkins University where he taught courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership in Organizations, Consulting for Organizational Change, and Team Building: Individual & Group Dynamics.

In the Fall 2020 semester, Glen will be teaching Organizational Development and Innovation for the Advanced Academic Programs in the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences.

Glen has over 25 years of public sector experience in the fields of Organization Development and Learning & Development. He continues that work as an external consultant focusing on system-level change.
Glen’s expertise as an organizational leader and OD practitioner inform his teaching where his evidence-based approach strikes a balance between a theoretical foundation and a practitioner’s sensibility.

Glen holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Western Illinois University. Additionally, he studied Organization Development at Benedictine University.
