Diego Vilán

Diego Vilán is a Senior Economist in the Division of Research and Statistics at the Federal Reserve Board. Previously he was an Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. His research interests include International Economics and Finance, Time Series Econometrics, and Macroeconomics, in particular, the role of financial frictions and time-varying uncertainty in shaping aggregate outcomes.
He earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Southern California.
