A one-day symposium organized by the Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs and hosted by the National Academy of Sciences.
May 3, 2019
9:00 AM – 4:30 PM EDT
National Academy of Sciences Auditorium
2101 Constitution Avenue, NW
There is no cost to attend the symposium, but registration is required.
The symposium will address the current and future impacts of climate change and examine how leaders in diverse fields, from environmental science and public policy to finance and communications, can influence our current climate trajectory.
Rather than an academic conference with speakers presenting formal papers, the symposium will provide a framework for understanding climate issues and engaging in a conversation with a range of climate leaders.
