A Science Journalist Abroad Event

How does a journalist “parachute” into a new place, navigate (literally and figuratively) the foreign terrain, and produce deeply reported, meaningful stories? In this informal interview and Q&A with the audience, Erik Vance, an award-winning science journalist and Johns Hopkins Science Writing faculty, will join Elias Lopez, Washington Post Senior Editor, to share stories and insights from his international reporting experience.

This event is free and open to the public.
