Dr. John A. Gans

You may be interested to read the new article in Foreign Affairs — the flagship journal of the foreign affairs establishment — written by our Dr. John Gans. Dr. John Gans, as you may know, teaches “Introduction to Global Security Studies” and also “Politics and Process of American Foreign Policy” for us. His article looks at the national security “interagency” and is called “The Costs of George H. W. Bush’s Foreign Policy Genius.”

It is available online behind a paywall here. It is also available to you free through the JHU Library catalog.
