MA in Museum Studies faculty member Bob Beatty received the Outstanding Service Award from the Southeastern Museums Conference (SEMC). Brown, Associate Professor in the History of Art and Chair of AAP’s Museum Studies and Cultural Heritage Management programs, on the publication of her newest book, Displaying Time: The Many Temporalities of the Festival of India (University of Washington Press, 2017).
Our MA in Museum Studies students, who attended the San Diego two-week onsite seminar, collaborated with the Museum of Man in Balboa Park and Cuseum for a hands-on learning experience. One of their core projects focused on producing mobile content and thematic tours for visitors to the San Diego Museum of Man.

MA in Museum Studies student Craig Hadley will be the new executive director of the Tippecanoe County Historical Association. Hadley has worked for museums across the country for the past 20 years, in several capacities. He has consulted for the History Channel and the BBC on several historical programs.
