Stephen Tokarick, Adjunct Faculty
Stephen Tokarick teaches international trade theory in the applied economics program. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins University, he was a senior economist at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for about 27 years, where he worked mainly in the IMF’s Research Department on issues in international trade. Before joining the IMF, Stephen worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. International Trade Commission. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.
