Mark Story, Adjunct Faculty
Mark Story is currently the Director of Communications and Marketing for the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network, the only national advocacy organization devoted to advancing bladder cancer research and supporting those impacted by the disease, the sixth-most commonly diagnosed cancer in the United States.
Mark has built successful communications programs for several high-profile institutions, including American University, the National Cancer Institute, Alibaba Group, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
For more than 10 years, Mark has also served as a graduate-level adjunct professor at Georgetown University and Johns Hopkins University, designing and teaching classes in public affairs, public relations, digital media, and crisis communications.
Mark is a published author, writer, podcaster, public speaker and fierce cancer advocate.
Mark is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, having earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Maryland.
