Glenn Patterson, Adjunct Faculty

Glenn Patterson is a part-time instructor in the Environmental Science and Policy program. In 2007 Glenn retired from a 30-year career as a hydrologist with the U.S. Geological Survey. Since then, in addition to online teaching, he has worked with the National Park Service, the National Ecological Observatory Network, the Lefthand Watershed Oversight Group, the St. Vrain and Left Hand Water Conservancy District, and Colorado State University. Glenn received his B.A. in biology from the University of Chicago and his M.S. in watershed management from the University of Arizona. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in watershed science at Colorado State. Glenn has been associated with the ESP Program since 2002. His interests include water quality, water law, snow hydrology, and geomorphology. Glenn and his wife live in Allenspark, Colorado.
