Benjamin Kay, Adjunct Faculty

Benjamin Kay is an economist in the Policy Effectiveness and Assessment section with the Federal Reserve’s Division of Supervision and Regulation. Previously he worked as an economist in the US Treasury’s Office of Financial Research and in risk management on Wall Street. His research focuses on the business cycle, corporate finance, and interactions between asset markets and the real economy, with a policy focus on bank regulation and systemic and macroprudential risk management in housing, housing finance, and consumer credit.

He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego.
