Select the student status change request that applies to you:
Provisional Student.
I am a Provisional Student and have met the criteria outlined in my admissions letter. I have successfully attained a B or better grade/s as required. I am requesting a change of student status to Degree Candidate.
Provisional Writing Student.
I am a Provisional Student in the Writing Program and request degree candidacy. I have or will soon submit new writing samples to the program, as required for this request. I understand that while I may register for a new course, I will not be allowed to begin that course until my new samples have been reviewed and a decision has been made. If my request is denied, all registration payments will be returned to me.
Special Student.
I am a Special Student and I am requesting a change of student status to Degree Candidate.
