480.635 Communication.org: Not-for-profits in the Digital Age
Since 2005, a majority of every major demographic group in the U.S. has been online. For non-profit communication professionals, knowing how to reach people online has grown ever more important. Students will learn the basics of online communication, including best practices for the many online communication channels and how to integrate online and offline efforts. Students develop plans, budgets, and metrics for evaluating online communication programs, as well as examine what the future holds for non-profit communicators.
