Fully Online Courses:Help Desk for WebCT and Sakai
If you are enrolled in a fully online course and have a question regarding the WebCT or Sakai course software (for example using the assignment tool, discussions, or exams) please submit your question using the webform, http://www.embanet.com/help/JHU/. To contact the 24/7 help desk use the phone number  1-866-311-6658. This help desk service is provided by Embanet, a third-party. This is a free service provided only to Fully Online students and faculty enrolled into an Advanced Academic Programs online course.  The number is toll-free.

Context Sensitive Help
If you require context sensitive help, please click on the "Help" button on the golden menu bar, located on the top of the WebCT window.  In Sakai the "Help" link is at the bottom of the left menu.
