(Mis)Communicating Science Symposium
The Masters in Communication program recently held its (Mis)Communicating Science symposium, co-sponsored by the National Communication Association. This event addressed the role of media and news in spreading misinformation about science, which can affect the public’s attitudes and behaviors about topics such as climate change and the environment, health and medicine, and more.

Full event details are available on NCA’s website and a recording of the symposium is now available for viewing.
