Tuition and Fees
Tuition in the 2018—2019 academic year is $3,156 per course. For more information visit our tuition and fees page.
That means the total cost for the nine-course MA will be nine times the course tuition; for the certificate, multiply by five. Books are additional and vary from course to course.
Unlike other institutions, the Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs does not charge large regular fees in addition to tuition. However, some small fees are imposed: Every online course requires an additional $175 Technology Fee for 24/7 technology support. Other courses occasionally include other small fees, such as a Residency or thesis fee.
Financial aid is available in the form of student loans, and some students receive tuition assistance from their employers. Each student has access to a university financial aid counselor. For more information about Financial Aid, please click here.
