National Cancer Institute Molecular Target and Drug Discovery Fellowship

Johns Hopkins University and the Center for Cancer Research/National Cancer Institute (CCR/NCI) have developed an innovative graduate program that prepares the next generation of scientists in drug discovery technologies. This new concentration in Molecular Targets and Drug Discovery Technologies combined with the CCR/NCI fellowship fully integrates the didactic training and hands-on laboratory experience required for graduates to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and research in the field of drug discovery.

Fellows earn an MS in Biotechnology with a concentration in Molecular Targets and Drug Discovery Technologies, participate in important cancer research, work in CCR/NCI laboratories, and receive paid tuition for up to two years and an annual stipend.

Up to five students per year will be selected for the two-year fellowship. Fellows receive the stipend only if they are accepted into the Master of Science in Biotechnology and the NCI Molecular Target and Drug Discovery Fellowship Program.
