Phillip Li, Adjunct Faculty

Phillip Li is a researcher in the Financial Institutions and Risk Management division of the US Treasury’s Office of Financial Research, where he conducts research on financial stability. Previously, he was a senior economist at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where he was responsible for supervisory exams on credit risk, the Basel regulatory framework, and stress testing models. His research interests are in risk measurement, computational econometrics, and applied microeconomics.

He has a doctorate in economics and a master’s in statistics from the University of California, Irvine.
