Philip Griffith, Adjunct Faculty

Philip Griffith is an adjunct instructor for the JHU Geographic Information Systems program, teaching 430.619 Advanced Web Application Development. He is an application developer at the Florida Resources and Environmental Analysis Center, where he works on projects for local and state agencies, as well as Florida’s land boundary system. Before that, he worked at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, where he created tools to analyze shoreline survey data. Philip has an M.A. in Philosophy and an M.S. in Geographic Information Science, both from Florida State University, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Geography. During field seasons, he leads the survey team for the Mt. Lykaion Excavation and Survey Project in Arcadia, Greece.
