Ilya Rahkovsky, Adjunct Faculty
Ilya Rahkovsky is an economist in the Economic Research Service of USDA. His research interests include health economics, industrial organization, information economics and consumer behavior. Recently he has been researching the effects of food environment and nutritional information on consumer choices. His work has been published in Food Policy, American Journal of Public Health, and in Economics and Human Biology.
He received a Ph.D. in economics from Michigan State University.
