David Hart, Adjunct Faculty

David Hart is a producer and educator focused on art, technology, mindfulness, and equity. Mr. Hart writes and produces audio and video content, online courses, and workshops for cultural institutions and nonprofit organizations.

After completing an M.A. in Art and Art Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, Mr. Hart worked at The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in the Education and Digital Media departments. While at MoMA he collaborated across every department in the organization, pioneering the use of video and livestreaming online and within the galleries. He has worked with Acoustiguide and Antenna International, producing content for museums and historical collections. Mr. Hart also has experience in digital design and nonprofits, working with companies including Google, IKEA, and The Nature Conservancy of California on award-winning projects.

Mr. Hart has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at The City College of New York and Pratt Institute, as well as courses for teens and adults at The Museum of Modern Art, and has presented at conferences in the United States and internationally, including Museum Computer Network and Museums and the Web.
