David Austin, Adjunct Faculty
David Austin is a Principal Analyst in the Microeconomic Studies Division of the Congressional Budget Office. Previously, he was a Fellow at Resources for the Future. His research interests span a broad range of topics in resource economics, including energy efficiency and transportation policy.
He has published in journals such as the Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, the Review of Economics and Statistics, and the Journal of Regulatory Economics. He received an M.A. in Statistics from Yale University and his Economics Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.
