Alistair Millar, Adjunct Faculty

Alistair Millar is Co-Director of the Center on Global Counterterrorism Cooperation, a nonpartisan research and policy institute that works to improve coordination of the international community’s response to terrorism. Since 2000 Millar has also taught at George Washington University. He has written numerous chapters, articles, and reports on international counterterrorism efforts, sanctions regimes, and nonproliferation. He is author, with Eric Rosand, of Allied Against Terrorism: What’s Needed to Strengthen Worldwide Commitment (2006).

Millar has an MA from the University of Leeds (UK) and is a PhD candidate at the University of Bradford (UK).
