Ahmed Mahmud, Associate Program Director, Sr. Lecturer

Ahmed Mahmud is the Associate Program Director of Applied Economics. He has taught in the Applied Economics Program since Spring, 2008, and currently teaches Microeconomics, Political Economy, and Economic Growth. His research focuses on applying microeconomic theory in the fields of economic development and political economy. He obtained his Ph.D. from Cornell University. In his spare time, he is an avid film buff.
